  • We pride ourselves on our very fast turnaround times. In-house design, colour separation and screen-making facilities allow us to reduce lead times. From approval of sample, the lead time for your final print run is around 4 weeks. Please allow additional time during busy periods, such as the months leading up to Christmas.

  • Vector files are preferred wherever possible. If sending images, please send high resolution (300dpi or higher). We can accept files via email or a file transfer service such as Dropbox Transfer or WeTransfer.

  • Price is dependent on order size. We will advise on order confirmation.

  • We work with our sister company, mclaggan+co, to provide a full decorating service for ceramics and glassware. They have 50 years of experience of decorating and firing in their traditional kilns.

  • We work with various blankware suppliers, including our sister company mclaggan+co, to provide a complete solution to your requirements. Our suppliers have available stock and offer various shapes of bone china, earthenware, and glassware. Products available include mugs, baubles, candle pots, and glasses.

  • We can print decals suitable for various types of ceramic or glass products, including mugs, baubles, candle pots, teapots, dog bowls and more.

  • Ceramicraft specialises in metallic printing. Choose from gold, silver and copper. Our gold ink also includes real gold.

  • You might hear the terms "transfer," "decal" and "motif" used, but what is the difference? There is no difference; these are interchangeable terms for the same thing.
